Kya Super Kool Hain Hum Is Not For Children, Says Tusshar Kapoor

Tusshar Kapoor has said that children should stay away from his upcoming sex comedy ‘Kya Super Kool Hain Hum’. He mentions that it is a straight ‘no-no’ for the kids. He then adds that the teenagers must watch it as the film has been targeted to them and other age groups. Talking about the movie’s getting the A-certificate, Kapoor says that this will not at all affect the film’s business at the box office.

When asked about the sexual innuendoes and jokes used in the narrative of the movie, he responds that the genre has now become trendy and cool. The movie stars Tusshar Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Neha Sharma and Sarah Jane Dias in main leads. It has been directed by Sachin Yardi. Tusshar reveals that by the time, Kya Kool Hain Hum became superhit, he thought it would have been a much bigger success if the families had watched it. He tells that but almost all people nonetheless watched it – ladies went their husbands and beaus, male went with wives and girlfriends though they all could not go to watch with their families. He says that today the scene is changed now. Both the movies have been produced by Ekta Kapoor.

“There were a lot of problems, Sangeeth wanted to do other kinds of films. He said he was not only a comedy director so he wanted to make some actioners and thrillers. When he was ready, Ekta was not ok with the script.

“Finally, Sachin came up with a script for a film called Road Trip To Anjuna. But we liked it so much, Ekta decided to convert it into Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum and make it a two hero film,” he said.

Quiz him regarding the long gap for the sequel, he said, “There were a lot of problems, Sangeeth wanted to do other kinds of films.
