Karan Johar Speaks For Salman Khan

Director Karan Johar recently turned 40 on May 25, was in the news all month for his big bash, which was organized by designer Manish Malhotra. The whole of tinsel town turned up for the party, which went on till the wee hours of the morning.

Karan Johar believes this was the big party of his life. He was quoted saying, “The party was not just about me turning 40, it was also about me finishing 15 years in this industry. I feel blessed.”

However, the director does wish a special friend has made it to the party. The friend is none other than his ‘brother’ Shah Rukh Khan’s arch-rival, Salman Khan.

KJo was quoted saying, “I really wished Salman had come. I’m exceptionally fond of him. But then he and Katrina were shooting for Kabir Khan’s film in Bangkok, so I couldn’t have dragged them from there.” Source
