Katrina Kaif Is The Female Akshay Kumar

Anthony D’Souza, the director of Blue isn’t short of words to praise his actors. He has even planned another film titled ‘Bond’ with Sanjay Dutt. And what about Akshay Kumar? Tony is quoted by a daily, “Akshay is the most unselfish, punctual, dedicated, uncomplicated actor I have ever met. Stories about his interference are a myth.”

So it was a delight working with Bollywood’s real stunt king; and what about the sexy Lara Dutta who didn’t even know how to swim before the shoot began. What was she going to do in India’s first underwater thriller? D’Souza salutes the babe for her devotion towards the film as Lara learned swimming within three months after which she swam with sharks and showed her hot bod in bikini. D’Souza’s good friend Zayed Khan was the perfect choice for the film.

But it was Katrina without whom the movie would have been incomplete. D’Souza is so impressed with her professionalism and punctuality that he calls her the female Akshay Kumar. Her special cameo role of seven minutes is not only crucial for the movies’ plot but is also the USP of the film. Source
