Abhishek Bachchan is working hard on his look for Mani Ratnam’s Ravan. The actor has trimmed his hair short and has lost almost 15 kgs by spending most of his free time in the gym.

Our source said, “Mani Ratnam wants Abhishek to have a chiselled body for the role of Ravan. This is why Abhishek is working hard on his body. Mani also suggested that Abhishek sport a crew cut so that he looks convincing as Ravan.”

Most of the actors including Abhishek Bachchan and Ravi Kishan have got this haircut. They all look so different now, said the source.

Mani has even asked his actors to develop their upper body because of which the actors have been asked to lose weight. Abhishek is also on a strict diet. “Abhishek and Ravi work out between shots. They are shooting in the jungles of Kerala,” said the source. Source
