Actress Deepika Padukone’s purported boyfriend Siddharth Mallya has chosen Sonam Kapoor as the most stylish actress in Bollywood.

‘Most stylish actress! I think Sonam dresses pretty well, but they all doll up pretty well, but Sonam looks pretty good,’ Siddharth said here at the red carpet of an award ceremony.

When asked about Deepika’s style, the Kingfisher scion nonchalantly said: ”She has not got a bad sense of style either.’

But Siddharth played it safe when asked to choose the most stylish person of 2011.

Pankaj Kapur’s MAUSAM was recently in news for being denied a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the IAF (Indian Air Force). Following the denial MAUSAM was shown to the IAF that granted the film a conditional NOC asking for a change of 30 seconds in the film. The makers of the film accepted the condition and have carried out the required changes.

While briefing a press conference director Pankaj Kapur revealed, “The IAF didn’t ask us to remove anything, they only asked for minor changes, these were computer graphic changes to be made in an action sequence in the film which we have incorporated. It is our duty to make sure that all the representation is done authentically and in accordance with IAF, I thank them, they have been very supportive.” More

Director Pankaj Kapur has apparently gifted Sonam Kapoor, a limited edition 24-carat gold plated luxury pen studded with diamonds worth a whopper.

It seems Sonam Kapoor is aiming for size zero. The already slim actress has now joined Bikram Yoga classes, where she is expected to sweat it out and burn oodles of calories.

“Starting bikram yoga today or as everyone calls it hot yoga. It’s my dads secret for looking fab. (sic),” Sonam posted on her Twitter page.

Bikram Yoga is a distinct style developed by yoga guru Bikram Choudhury who holds a US copyright on his yoga that comprises 26 ‘asanas’ or postures and two breathing exercises.

Sonam Kapoor is the face of the India International Jewellery Week (IIJW) after designer Farah Khan Ali, who created waves at the inaugural edition last year decided to give it a miss this time due to other commitments.

The five-day event, organised by the Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC)begins in Mumbai July 31.

‘I am not showcasing at the second edition of the jewellery week as I am working on a bigger project which requires time and concentration,’ Farah, was in the news recently after international singer Beyonce Knowles wore a crown desgined by her for a new music album ’4′, told the source.
