Tiger is sent on a relatively easy and safe mission to Dublin, Ireland to observe a scientist of Indian origin [Roshan Seth], who is suspected of sharing his research findings with the Pakistan defence establishment. Tiger attempts to meet the scientist, but is not successful. He tries to befriend the scientist’s part-time home caretaker, Zoya [Katrina Kaif]. As Tiger begins to get closer to Zoya, he begins to discover his human side. For the first time in his life, Tiger falls in love…

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, on Tuesday, confirmed her single status and admitted she has broken up with A-lister Salman Khan, putting an end to speculation surrounding her personal life.

But so much single Kats has to say something about it. Katrina Kaif, who always has named it just friends with vintage juvenile philanderer of B-town Ranbir Kapoor, says that in spite of visiting Ranbir’s pad such a late night, she is still very much single.

Katrina has always been the talk of the table, earlier it was due to her alleged link up with Salman Khan and afterwards due to their relationship which went kaput in the air. And now it seems like unstoppable with Kat’s associations with such affair rumors and the recent one popping up with heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor.

“And if Salman Khan has said he’s single and if I’m single, the rest is easy to figure out,” said Kaif. The two were involved in a serious relationship for many years with the much-older Khan also acting as her mentor. However rumours of a break-up surfaced when Kaif’s camaraderie with Ranbir Kapoor became the talk of the town.

“It’s not about crowd control. There are women and kids and in their excitement, the men try to take advantage of the fact that there are women in the crowd. Then there are kids and senior citizens who are pushed around. God forbid, if something happens, it comes on to us,” the 46-year-old said in an interview.

“If someone gets injured, that’s Ok but God forbid if someone dies in these mishaps, then the responsibility falls on us. Then if our security guard pushes someone to protect us, then that also becomes a big issue. So it’s better to stay away from all this,” he added.

Meanwhile, Salman, who is in an excellent phase of his career where anything he touches turns to gold, says the credit for it goes to those who work behind the scenes to make an excellent final product.

There is continued interest in Bollywood about when Salman Khan would get married but the Bollywood star is in no hurry and can’t understand why everyone is so curious about this.

Reacting to fellow actor Aamir Khan’s comment that it is high time Salman should enter wedlock, the 46-year-old said: “Aamir has been after me for this for a while now. I don’t understand why everyone is after me to get married?”

“I think no one else except Salman should decide at what age he wants to get married,” Katrina said at a promotional event of Ek Tha Tiger, when she was asked about 46-year-old Salman’s marriage. In the promos of their upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger, Katrina is shown telling Dabangg Khan that it is high time he gets married.

Kabir clarfied that the dialogue was not inserted into the film deliberately, but he couldn’t resist the temptation of adding it.

The film Ek Tha Tiger is already garnering controversy before even the release of its promos. Following the ban on the movie’s promo in Pakistan, the director Kabir Khan has decided to visit the country with the lead actor Salman Khan.

According to a letter issued by the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority to all satellite TV channels and cable networks last week, Ek Tha Tiger, set for world release on August 15, is “reportedly based on the activities of ISI and RAW”. And the film, they presume, is aimed at tarnishing the image of the country’s intelligence agency.

Salman portrays a RAW secret agent in the film. It is the story of a Trinity College scientist who is suspected of selling missile secrets to Pakistan. Salman goes to Dublin to track the professor’s activities, where he falls in love with the professor’s secretary, played by Katrina Kaif.

The film releases on August 15.

Prakash Jha is planning a sequel for his blockbuster Rajneeti. This time around, Katrina will take center stage as the story will completely revolve around her character’s rise and fall. However, Ranbir was apparently not too pleased to play second fiddle and opted out of the film.

Prakash Jha confirmed the news to TOI, “It is very challenging to take the Raajneeti story forward. Most of the main characters are dead. Two-thirds of the characters will be completely new. Katrina will have a central role. And though Ranbir’s character didn’t die at the end of Rajneeti, he won’t be part of Rajneeti 2. Again, I will be doing a spin on the Mahabharat, though this time, it will be completely different.”

The rumor has it that Ranbir backed out of the project as he did not want to play a side kick to Katrina in the movie but we never know!

For the original, Katrina Kaif not only brushed up her Hindi but also tried to get rid of her heavily anglicized accent.
