Preity Zinta Opts For International Stars

A few weeks back when Preity had announced her decision to turn producer, there were still a few cynics who doubted whether wheels would indeed move fast enough for ISHQ IN PARIS. Also, since there was no name other than Preity which was announced, there were further speculations around its feasibility.

However, as it has turned out, Preity Zinta would be the only Bollywood personality in this Indo-French film that would have an all international cast and crew contributing to the making.

“Preity hasn’t made much noise around this international film yet as she wants to begin work and then let the world know about the vision she has for her first production. Both she as well as her co-producer and director Prem Soni are tight lipped about how far they eventually want to take ISHQ IN PARIS,” says a source from the film.

This is the reason why quiet arrangements are currently being made as select unit members from India travel to Paris in September for the first schedule of the film. However one of the members from the writing team does spill the beans that the film would be entirely Preity driven and a game changer for her. Now that would be pretty much Preity’s endeavor as well since she has been lying low for a while and it is about time that she gets back to the big screen in a big way.

Says Prem who had earlier roped in Preity in an item number for his Salman-Kareena affair MAIN AURR MRS. KHANNA, “Yes the film would have an all international cast and we begin shooting in September. There is a strategy behind disclosing other cast members and we would be making further announcements in due course of time.”
