Akshay Kumar To Buy A Duplex In Bandra For A Whopping Rs. 8.5 Crores

The new king of Bollywood Akshay Kumar seems to be playing his moves deftly in his career as well as his personal life, as the superstar will reportedly be shifting to his new plush 4k square feet duplex in Bandra. The wonderful hearth will cost Akki a whopping Rs 8.5 crore, as claimed by the builder.

“Akshay and we are working out on the details of his new residence. We are on the verge of sealing the deal, which will fix around Rs 8.5 crore,” builder Neeraj Gorwani confirmed.

The Bollywood Khiladi is bent on growing his property, as he already owns property in Likhandwala and a beach house in Goa. He is also reported to own property in Mauritius, where he often visits for holidaying.

This new addition to his assets is located near Turner Road, overlooking the Guru Nanak Park. Akki had long wanted a house in Bandra and this would sure beat all dreams of a ‘homely hearth’! Source
