Minisha Lamba - The New Preity Zinta Of Bollywood

If reports are to be believed, Minissha is the new Preity of B-town and it’s not just the stunning looks and features that the two share but they also seem to have in common similar family and career background.

It’s none other than the latest heartthrob of the nation, Ranbir Kapoor, who is left awestruck by the similarity between the two beauties. The actor who shares screen space with Lamba in their forthcoming flick ‘Bachna Ae Hasseno’ pointed out the stark resemblance between the two and here is what he said:

“I think there is a void of that Preity Zinta kind of actress in today’s day and age, I think Minissha Lamba fits the bill perfectly. It was great fun working with her. She is one of the people who wreaks goodness, as she has no negativity inside her. She is very unassuming; she kept to her own on the sets. I think she has done a wonderful job playing an 18 year old and 25 year old, so you can see the growth in her character too and I am sure you guys are going to love her.”

With that, let us also tell you about some of the other facts that the two have in common: Both of these bodylicious babes come from Himachal Pradesh and are well educated. While Preity has done her graduation in psychology, Minissha holds a degree in English honours.

Furthermore, it was the initial modeling assignments that got the filmmakers to notice them. Both the beauties grabbed the attention of the masses with their respective TV ads. While Preity got eyeballs with her famous ‘Liril’ ad, Minissha’s ‘Cadbury’ ad made her famous overnight.
