Salman Khan wants to bury the sour memories of past and wishes to establish a new relationship with Ash. With the aim of making peace with his ex flame, he has extended hand of amity to Ash’s hubby Abhishek Bachchan. Few days back, he also commented that he does not want to hear any ill about Abhi’s wife as he respects her a lot. And now the recent talk is that he mingled quite well with Abhishek.

The story goes as Abhishek landed on the same studio to shoot for Drona where Salman was shooting for Veer. On looking at Abhishek approaching towards the studio, Salman went ahead and greeted him decently and ended up chatting for 30 minutes in Salman’s vanity van.

A news daily has even quoted Salman’s spokesperson Alok Mathur as saying, “It is true that Salman and Abhishek met. They chatted for some time. Salman is extremely fond of Abhishek.” Source

That’s because in Hollywood as well, work is in full progress for its own version of ROCK ON. While the principal shooting of ROCK ON has been completed, there is still some flip-flop over the final title.

A musical-comedy-romance film, the film was earlier titled WILL and there have been murmurs around BANDSLAM being the latest title in discussions. Starring Gaelan Connell, Lisa Kudrow, Alyson Michalka and Vanessa Hudgens, the film (just like the Bollywood version starring Farhan Akhtar, Prachi Desai, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Luke Kenny, Shahana Goswami and Koel Puri) tells the story about a group of friends coming together and forming a rock band.

Well, that was Hollywood’s ROCK ON for you which would release only in 2009. Meanwhile, now it has to be seen what’s the story that Farhan’s ROCK ON has to tell once the film sees its worldwide release today. Source

The sensational Katrina Kaif will be seen donning the role of ‘God’ in actor turned director Atull Agnihotri ’s forthcoming movie Hello . ‘Hello’, that has Salman Khan making a guest appearance, stars Sohail Khan , Sharman Joshi , Isha Koppikar , Gul Panag , Amrita Arora and Arbaaz Khan in principal roles.

The film is an adaptation of author Chetan Bhagat’s lauded novel ‘One Night at a Call Centre’. Reports are that Katrina will portray a modern day woman who meets Salman at a lounge and narrates to him the story of a group of call centre employees who find their life changing forever after they get a call from God.

During the later half of the flick it is revealed that God is none other than Katrina herself and she was pretending all this while.

Reports add that Katrina is quite kicked-up with the whole idea as she considers this role to be a welcome change after portraying out and out glamorous characters in the films she has done so far, the most recent being Singh Is Kinng. Source

Salman Khan recently shot Bollywood’s most expensive song ever for his upcoming flick, ‘Veer’ which was recorded with a budget of Rs 3.5 crore.

Salman, who plays the lead in the film, is also the movie’s script writer. ‘Veer’ stars a newcomer actress whose name has been kept a secret by the makers of the film. The flick also stars the very talented Mithun, along with actor Sohail Khan.

An industry insider reveals, “Salman, Sohail, Mithun and the new glamdoll chipped in for shooting an 11 day long schedule for this particular song in a Mumbai studio earlier this month. The song has around 600 junior artists dancing along with the main stars.”

Salman has reportedly contributed a lot to the song, right from its conceptualisation to helping execute it all. Salman personally got involved in all the discussions with the creative team of the film and the choreographer before the shooting for the song began. Source

Of course, she has had her share of appearances on a few reality shows, but Bipasha now joins the reality show bandwagon as a judge for the dance-based show Chak De – Shehar Di Kudiyan Te Galli De Gunde. Sharing the bench with her is Raveena.

Our well-placed source from television says, “Karisma Kapoor was initially approached for the show, but she declined due to reasons best known to her.

So Bipasha is on board now and this has excited everyone associated with the show. Having two Bollywood actresses will add a lot of value to the programme.” Source

Recently Neha Dhupia showed her action skills with a few stunts in Akshay Kumar-starrer “Singh Is Kinng”. Though she managed the action scenes in the film, Neha says she will never take part in a show like “Khatron Ke Khiladi”.

Neha said, “I wouldn’t have done ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ even if I was offered it because it won’t challenge me creatively. There is nothing creative about it. It would force me to do stunts and stuff; so I would not do it.”

As for her future projects, the young actress, who won the Miss India crown in 2002, is looking forward to a line-up of films including “Maharathi”, “Raat Gayi Baat Gayi”, “I Am 24″, “Paying Guest”, one Percept Picture Company-produced film with Emraan Hashmi and a yet-to-be-titled film with Priyadarshan. Veteran actor Jeetendra has quizzed Sallu about his marriage on Dus Ka Dum. Jeetendra accompanied by his son Tusshar Kapoor appeared on Salman’s show 10 Ka Dum to promote Balaji Motion Pictures’ upcoming movie C Kkompany.

Jeetendra said Salman that he liked his KK which obviously meant Katrina Kaif and was eagerly waiting for them to tie the knot. Salman started blushing at this after which Jeetendra added that he would be eagerly waiting for an invitation card. Salman promised Jeetendra that he will give the first invitation card to him. When Aamir Khan appeared on the show he had asked Salman the same question.
 
Salman had disclosed to the media that he was planning to tie knot with Katrina Kaif early next year and even planned to have a baby soon after. Katrina outrightly rejected his idea and said she did not have any plans to get married in the near future. Well it remains to be seen whether Jeetendra gets the first invitation or no invitation at all. Source

The Bollywood most prommising actress Rani Mukherjee’s career is heading nowhere and she blames her beau and Yashraj head honcho Aditya Chopra for her detoriating condition. Her past films had done wonders but some of her recent Yashraj flicks had drag her career to darkness. Rani feels that less promotion is the prime factor of the disaster. She is totally upset as her career is tending downwards and she does not have any quality films in hand other than few Yashraj flicks.

She has now decided to look beyond Yashraj flicks and sign more films of other big banners. It is reported that Rani is giving cold shoulders to her beau and not attending his calls. She now wants to stabilize her sinking career and therefore sideling her personal life. Rani is miffed as Adi has taken hold of her career and guiding her in every step. This is intolerable on her part.

Salman Khan after telling that whatever happened between him and Aish both Salman and Abhishek are buddies now, followed up his words with some action. Putting the past completely behind him, Sallu spent half an hour with Abhishek, in the latter’s vanity van, at Mehboob Studios.

At the Studios Salman was shooting for Veer, Abhishek was there at the same time for a promotional shoot of Drona. Salman took the initiative to break the ice with Aishwarya’s husband. He went to meet Abhishek and the two were closetted in Abhi’s vanity van for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes Salman and Abhishek emerged from the van, looking pretty happy with themselves. After escorting Sallu back to the sets, Abhi returned to his vanity van.

What did Salman do after that? Reports an eyewitness, “Salman headed straight to his set and started shooting.”

The eyewitness adds, “It was heartwarming to see Salman and Abhishek bonding so well. Everyone was pleasantly surprised.” Source
