Esha Deol took to the road on a scootie and taught her mom Hema Malini to ride the two-wheeler too! “I taught her how to ride the scootie. Ahana and me, we both know how to ride a scooter. But mom didn’t,” Esha, who was recently seen in “Hijack”, told reporters.

To ring in her birthday Nov 2, Esha invited her mom and sister Ahana to Goa where she is shooting for Shivum Nair’s “Exchange Offer”. In the mood for fun, Hema let herself go on her daughter’s birthday.

“Both my daughters know how to ride the scootie. I didn’t. It was great fun. I’m rediscovering my childhood with my daughters,” Hema said.

Esha added: “It was just the three girls, me, Mom and my sister. By some sad coincidence I’m shooting for almost all my birthdays. I shot the whole night on Nov 1. But I did cut a cake on the sets.”

With a bag full of disasters like Cash, Darling and One Two Three to her name, Esha Deol now finds herself at the bottom of the list. A film opposite Shiney Ahuja titled Hijack, is her one hope for a hit. So, what is it Esha will do to resurrect her declining career? The last time around, a sizzling makeover and an ultra-fit bod created the much-needed ‘Dhoom’. Does she have special plans up her sleeve this time? Is momma Hema going to pitch in with ideas? So, we moved onto her dear little sister Ahana, who’s an aspiring director. Would Esha like to work in a film directed by lil sis? “Yeah, I will work with my sister,” she says without hesitation, and this time with a little more enthusiasm. “But she won’t start directing yet. Though having all the big names in her family Esha Deol is very soft at heart. It was revealed when she was in the news for donating the needfuls at Shiksha, an NGO that helps educate children who cannot afford an education. Esha donated a box full of schooling requirements and got it buried underground for the next 100 years. Why ? She says “This is to keep ‘today’ alive after 100 long years”.

Esha has gone through various ups and downs since her debut in Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche opposite Aftab Shivdasani. She tried the negative roles in the movie Ankahee, she gave bold scenes in bikini in Dhoom and also action scenes in Cash. But for whatever reason she is not able to put an impact on the audiences.

We hope that she gets some blessings from the little Children whom she is donating, as donation is such a sweet thing a person can ever do in his or her entire life.
