Expect More Magic From Chulbul Pandey In Dabangg 2

After the shoot his Ek Tha Tiger gets over, Salman Khan will face the camera for Dabangg 2, the much anticipated sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Dabangg that had Salman playing the corrupt cop Chulbul Pandey.

Now, in the sequel, to be directed by Arbaaz Khan, Chulbul Pandey doesn’t mend his ways but, on the contrary, becomes more corrupt. This time, he operates not from Lalganj, but from Mumbai, which means heftier bribes but also bigger troubles.

Those expecting another showdown between Sonu Sood and Salman Khan might be disappointed as Sonu Sood isn’t part of the sequel. The villain is now played by Prakash Raj, seen in Singham and Wanted. More

PAIYA Remake Is Looking For Salman & Aamir

Remakes like GHAJINI, READY, BODYGUARD, SINGHAM and WANTED have created history at the box-office. Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn climbed greater heights of success with these blockbuster films. Even today, the trend of remakes is in full flow with KICK that stars Salman Khan and SON OF SARDAR, remake of MARYADA RAMANNA, which stars Ajay Devgn.

But there is one film that Bollywood stars seem to have missed. And that is PAIYA, another potential pot of gold for Bollywood with love from the South. The reason behind keeping Bollywood stars away from this big project is because director Linguswamy was waiting for South superstar Surya to play the lead in the Hindi version. However, since Surya is still stuck with his Tamil assignments (he has acted in the original films which were later remade in Hindi- SINGHAM, GAJINI to name a few), Linguswamy has moved on to do four Tamil films with UTV. While there was a major outburst between Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan after Dabangg Khan made some statements against Duggu’s film GUZAARISH, it seems that with the passing time all the ill-feelings between the two have died. If reports are to be believed, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan are now in fond of each other and have become friends.

According to reports, Hrithik accidently met Sallu in a Dubai aircraft in December 2011. Salman was with his family while Hrithik was on his way to join his wife and kids and friends Shahrukh Khan, Arjun Rampal and Ritesh Sidhwani. Both the actors had a friendly conversation and even planned to go out in an evening in Dubai.

Interestingly, this is not for the first time that Hrithik and Salman bonded well. But, according to reports, Hrithik even had a long chat with Salman at Yash Raj Studio.
