Girls drool over him, boys envy to acquire that fab body. Well we are talking about the greek god of Bollywood Hrithik Roshan.
While the world goes gaga over Hrithik Roshan, who has won the coveted title of sexiest man, for his looks and body, the handsome hunk feels it’s just a matter of effort and nothing else.
When we asked Hrithik what makes him look sexiest at the of 38 the modest actor says, “If you had seen my photograph two and a half months back you would not have said that. Being sexiest is only a matter of effort and will-power. The kind of diet and exercise regime you follow is what matters nothing more than that. It doesn’t make me greater than anyone else at all.”
Indeed Hrithik is a youth icon with a heady mix of a powerful & fit body, great thinker, hardwordking and positive attitude. Source

Bollywood hunk Hrithik Roshan has pulled off most perilous stunts brilliantly and done some grueling scenes with ease without batting an eyelid. However doing the action sequences for upcoming film AGNEEPATH was not Hrithik’s cup of tea. For Hrithik the climax scene of AGNEEPATH was the most challenging affair of his career.
Hrithik reveals, ‘The most difficult scene I have ever done in my career is the climax of my upcoming film AGNEEPATH. However, I won’t say more about it. Just go and watch the film.’
With a revelation coming from someone like Hrithik, we now know what to expect from the much-awaited film AGNEEPATH, which releases on January 26, 2012. Source
Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan celebrates his 38th birthday today. However, instead of doing some shor sharaba the handsome actor wants to keep his birthday a simple and private affair this time around. As per the sources, Duggu is planning to celebrate his big day with family and some close friends.
As for films, all eyes are now set on Hrithik’s soon-to-be-released AGNEEPATH, where we’ll get to watch the actor in the role of an angry young man after a long time.
His acting prowess and of course his humble nature makes him an extremely adorable actor in Bollywood today.

Hrithik Roshan and Karan Johar are coming up with new ways of marketing their upcoming release AGNEEPATH. Hrithik is gung-ho about promoting the film, despite of suffering from a severe backache. The actor is super excited to have his fans watch the film and is going all out to make sure it is promoted on every level.
He has even shot a promo for a sports channel for the India Australia series, which is now known as the Agneepath Series. The promo of the film has enthralled the audience and generated great buzz about the project. As part of the marketing strategy, he also launched the ‘Mandwa Samachar’ which is a newspaper that also serves as the film’s press kit and will be given to audiences across all theatres.
Co-star Sanjay Dutt is equally excited and this is the first time he is taking keen interest in the promotions. With marketing whiz Karan Johar’s expertise, the film is already high on buzz and is the year’s most keenly anticipated release. Source
While there was a major outburst between Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan after Dabangg Khan made some statements against Duggu’s film GUZAARISH, it seems that with the passing time all the ill-feelings between the two have died. If reports are to be believed, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan are now in fond of each other and have become friends.
According to reports, Hrithik accidently met Sallu in a Dubai aircraft in December 2011. Salman was with his family while Hrithik was on his way to join his wife and kids and friends Shahrukh Khan, Arjun Rampal and Ritesh Sidhwani. Both the actors had a friendly conversation and even planned to go out in an evening in Dubai.
Interestingly, this is not for the first time that Hrithik and Salman bonded well. But, according to reports, Hrithik even had a long chat with Salman at Yash Raj Studio. Hrithik was dubbing for his film AGNEEPATH and Salman Khan was chatting with Aditya Chopra as he was shooting for EK THA TIGER. Hrithik wasted no time and shook hands with Sallu. The superstars engaged themselves in an hour-long chat. More
DHOOM 2 is still remembered for the bravado displayed by Hrithik Roshan when he performed a heist of the lifetime on the top of a moving train. The sequence is still remembered for its grandeur but if the makers of PLAYERS are to be believed, the kind of action as seen in this film centered on gold heist would outshine the sequences seen in DHOOM 2.
Though Abbas-Mustan aren’t willing to get into any comparison mode, they are quite gung-ho about the action in their film which has been shot across places as far off as New Zealand and North Pole. Says Abbas Burmawala, ”Yes, PLAYERS has been made at an altogether different scale. If you remember THE ITALIAN JOB, it had opened with a sequence set in a canal. Here we have started with trains. Of course there have been films where action has been shot atop trains. However, we have done it differently because there are two trains involved. Visually, the entire sequence has come across as really stunning.” More
5) Don 2
Panned by many critics, this film makes it to the list for not only being the first genuinely slick action flick of Bollywood, but also because it brought back memories of a Shahrukh Khan we didn’t despise. Don 2, despite its slow pacing and rather humdrum plot, worked rather gloriously because the Don himself got to deliver some fun punchlines; wear masks of actors far more good looking than him and romance the girl with the sexiest pout in Asia, Priyanka Chopra. Looking back at the year, this is the only mega hit of 2011 that was actually fun to sit through.
4) Stanley Ka Dabba
This film should be much higher up, if only it wasn’t for the lack of its mainstream elements. Yet, this is a small-scale, simple and spectacular film that works as effectively in providing a refreshing twist to the poor state of children’s cinema in India as it does in tugging at the heartstrings without trying too hard. The Partho kid is rather neat, but his father, director Amole Gupte (the writer of Taare Zameen Par) is the one who takes the cake here. A must-see!
3) Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
This film is in our list because this is, by far, the best looking flick of the year, a tour-guide to Spain that unimpressively breezed through much frivolity and mush before taking off the covers and showing us a heart and a soul. This was mainstream, commercial cinema that had something to say — and while the underlying theme was rather stale — the packaging was pretty damn great. Katrina rode a bike all the way through Barcelona only to give a man a kiss, Hrithik Roshan stood opposite her to complete the fantastic looking pair and Farhan Akhtar rose above the role to truly give a heartfelt performance.
2) The Dirty Picture
First banned and then unbanned in Pakistan, this gutsy film is perhaps the most unforgettable feature film of the year. The rigorously censored version in Pakistani theatres should be given a miss. This one is to be seen at home, late at night when kids and parents have been put to sleep. Revolving around a vulgar little South Indian item girl, The Dirty Picture is far braver an achievement than Delhi Belly — another push-the-envelope feature — simply because it uses a female to forward the theme. And what a female she is! Vidya Balan — a genuine actor revelling in her onscreen glory with such remarkable glee — is the one reason why this film is so high up on this list. Trendsetting stuff!
1) Rockstar
Take a bow, ladies and gentlemen. In a year when Aamir was absent, Hrithik was sleepy, Shahrukh and Salman were busy baking blockbuster recipes; one guy stood up and showed them all who the real daddy of performance is. Ranbir Kapoor and this realistic story of music, love and pain are not stuff that Bollywood is used to. Kapoor is a superstar and a spectacular actor who knows how to pull off both sides of him at the same time.

Come 26th January 2012 and audiences will be in for a double treat. As the big day will not only see the release of the keenly anticipated film AGNEEPATH starring Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra in pivotal roles but also the first look of Akshay Kumar’s ROWDY RATHORE.
Buzz is that Karan Johar’s AGNEEPATH will carry the first theatrical trailer of Prabhu Deva directed ROWDY RATHORE. So the makers of ROWDY RATHORE are getting the trailer readied to attach with hi-octane action-packed film AGNEEPATH.
So this Republic Day get ready to experience a heavy dose of action in the form of Hrithik’s AGNEEPATH and Akshay’s ROWDY RATHORE! Source
Hrithik Roshan, at a press conference for AGNEEPATH, recently had the media and everyone present at the event in splits as he wittily answered the questions framed by journalists.
When a lady journalist asked him about the kissing scene in the film, Hrithik said, “Ma’am there was no kiss in the scene but if you still insist, it means you don’t know how to kiss! Why don’t you come here and I will demonstrate to you what an actual kiss is!”
That wasn’t all. When another reporter asked him why only Sanjay Dutt was seen leering at Katrina Kaif in the song ‘ Chikni Chameli’, Duggu replied, “If you seen the song more closely, you would see even me looking at her!” Source
Hrithik Roshan might have won millions of hearts owing to his fit shape but there is someone who thinks Hrithik is not actually the fittest actor in town.
Yes, you heard it right. John Abraham does not agree to the popular perception of Hrithik being the fittest actor in town and the actor has his own good reasons to claim so. Says John, “There is no bollywood actor who is a perfect example of fitness. Hrithik has a great upper body but that is not enough. If I have to name one actor who I am impressed with as far as fitness is concerned, it will be Akshay Kumar.”
John also has some tips for the Indian men as far as fitness is concerned. He adds, “I would advise Indian men to care for their lower body workout too. Fitness is not having bulging biceps and a great chest alone. Working out your legs is as important as the upper body.”
Well, let’s see if Hrithik has anything to say to add to John’s claim. Source
Actress Priyanka Chopra, who will be seen playing the female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan in ‘Agneepath’, asserts that her character is the soul of the movie.
“The best thing about Kaali (her character in the film) is that she is Vijay’s strength. She is the soul, happiness and naughtiness in the film… So to prepare, I had to just follow Karan,” the 29-year-old actress said at the unveiling of the second look of the film.
Priyanka has tried her best to keep this Maharashtrian character as different as possible from the character of Sweety in ‘Kaminey’.
“I was playing a Maharashtrian girl for the second time. When Karan Malhotra and I discussed the film, we were very clear that we have to try to keep this character as different as possible from my character of Sweety in ‘Kaminey’ because the personalities of both the girls are different.”
“Karan was very clear-minded about Kaali’s character. So, it was very easy for me,” said Priyanka who was recently seen in ‘Don 2: The King is Back’.
For 2012, besides ‘Agneepath’, Priyanka has ‘Barfee’, ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ and ‘Krrish 2′ slated to release.
‘Agneepath’ will release Jan 26 and also features Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor in key roles. Source
It’s perhaps the most defining moment in actress Shaurya Chauhan’s career. We are obviously referring to her negative portrayal in Filmkraft’s KRRISH sequel.
Looking forward to working with the Roshans, Shaurya reveals, ”It was Sabu Cyril (renowned art director) who recommended my name. He told me that they (Roshans) were looking for a female negative character and that I should contact them. There were lots of screen tests and finally I got selected. Filmkraft is amongst the biggest and most prestigious banner of the industry, and I am really looking forward to working with them.”
And what about Hrithik Roshan, we prodded further, ”Hrithik Roshan is so down-to-earth and humble. He is so very cooperative and even helps with the scenes. It’s a pleasure to work with him,” signs off Shaurya. Source
