Abhay Deol met this new girl quite recently and were first spotted together in public at Farah Khan’s recent lingerie event. The friendship has moved quickly from strength to strength and now they are now almost inseparable. On Wednesday night, they arrived together again for Ekta and Tusshar Kapoor’s party at Krishna bungalow.

An insider who saw them enter the party said, “Woh saath saath zaroor aaye, but they made a conscious effort to portray that they had come separately to the party. There were a lot of people at the gate and it seemed they didn’t want their togetherness to be apparent. So they separated and walked a little away from each other. Abhay strode ahead and she followed only after he had gone inside the compound.”

At the party, however, Abhay and his pretty companion were constantly by each other’s side and Abhay even introduced her to some of his friends. Source

The latest product of the Deol family, Abhay Deol  is without doubt all set to being a crossover actor. Adds a source,“Like Jhonny Depp, Abhay is definitely a character oriented actor, and is the most sought after crossover actor in Bollywood who can also do great commercially.”

Abhay who gets invited to almost all film festivals the world over is busy travelling to various places like Toronto, Rio de Janeiro, New Delhi, Doha, Venice, Pennsylvania etc. An industry insider reveals “Abhay who has met the likes of veteran directors and actors like Martin Scorcese, Robert de Nero, Jodie Foster, Matt Damon during his roller coaster visit to all the festivals has also lectured at many of these festivals thanks to his amazing knowledge on films and film making.”

Coming to his upcoming movies there is ‘Road’ in which Abhay plays a truck driver whose life goes through a complete transformation. ‘Road’ shows Abhay meeting different people including a young boy, a tribal woman, a silly and a wise man during his journey. Abhay Deol will also be seen in ‘Aisha’ also starring Sonam Kapoor and ‘Basra’ (under his own production house) for which is he undergoing rigorous training in martial arts Krav Maga.
